Greys Anatomy Epic Finales.

No show does end of season finales better than Grey's Anatomy; subtlety gets drop kicked out the window and actors quake in fear for their contracts.

Grey's kills off more characters than Game of Thrones, so we know no one is safe. This finale saw a 'perfect storm' roll into Seattle and plunge our heroes into darkness and peril. And you know there will be no expense spared, this isn't like  Casualty where an  ambulance rolls over and the BBC special effects department pat themselves on the back. With Grey's every end of season is like the end of the world. Short of an all out zombie invasion we must've had it all and you get the feeling we are only a couple of seasons away from that catastrophe hitting the Grey Sloan Memorial. But you really can't beat a Grey's Anatomy finale and all concerned have it down to a fine art, every character, at some point, is in danger be it physical or mental and absolutely no one comes out unscathed. There is a problem in the mayhem, it takes most of the following season to get over it all. Last years plane crash is still having repercussions

So we will be feeling the effects of the perfect storm well into what will be this hardy perennials tenth season and you will find no complaints here.
